A photocopiable resource. This checklist can be used either as an intake screen or for early diagnosis. Easy to administer and score, and enjoyable for children.

It is criterion-referenced and the detailed scoresheet will show up which areas need special work and whether further diagnostic testing is advisable. All materials needed for screening are included. Areas covered are: auditory & visual discrimination & memory, initial letter sounds recognition, syllabification, sound blending.
